Low Cost EPCs
Our low fees for an EPC in London & Essex will be significantly cheaper than that charged by your estate agent. Importantly, you will own your EPC. You will not be tied to any particular estate agent – it is yours to take to any estate agent you choose.
Our low cost EPC fees are fully inclusive; there is no vat to pay so the price you see is the price you pay and the maximum you will have to pay for an EPC on a property up to 5 bedrooms is £50 and as little as £40 for a 1 bed flat.
